1. The space provided is based on a standard layout (as per the above form) with a standard background.
2. Memorial NET will make every attempt to keep the ratings of this site as high as possible on what we consider to be the most relevant search engines.
3. The Memorial NET Site is resident on two servers. The functionality and reliability of these servers is deemed to be the best on the market at the current time, however as these servers are operated by unconnected third parties, Memorial NET cannot be responsible for any interruptions of service that may occur.
4. Memorial NET undertake to constantly monitor the site to ensure the standards and search engine listings.
5. All links on the Memorial NET site are used entirely at the discretion of the person browsing those links. Memorial NET cannot be held responsible for the content or accuracy of any of these links
6. Any information that you submit to Memorial NET will be taken as read. We cannot be responsible for any of the services that you claim to offer.
7. Your initial payment should be made with your order. Subsequent payments will be required annually in advance, and paid by direct debit unless otherwise agreed.
8. Memorial NET reserve the right to cancel any page if payment is not met in full.
9. If any complaint is received regarding site content, Memorial NET reserve the right to withdraw the site until the problem is resolved.
10. The Memorial NET Chat Room, Forum and Classified Advertisements are for the benefit of the general public as a whole. We have put various systems in place to attempt to prevent the misuse of these pages, but cannot be held responsible for ANY of the content.
11. Any minor changes to your page will be made free of charge. If these changes are extensive, then a fee will be rendered. This will ALWAYS be by prior agreement.
